Parents of TAYS players should feel blessed with the caliber of
coaches TAYS has. We have many veteran coaches and some

development, fun, and teamwork versus the "win at any cost"
Encouragement is an exceptional way to support your child's
coach. Please try to make sure that your child is at practices
and, if unable to make it, give the coach a call. Asking if the
coach could use some help with practices or with snacks during
games is always a great way to show appreciation for the coach
Many of our referees are high school soccer
players who are willing to help us out.
Please be considerate of the fact that they
are calling the games as they see it. Also,
many of the coaches are also refereeing.
Please respect them and their decisions.
