Parents of TAYS players should feel blessed with the caliber of coaches  TAYS has. We have many veteran coaches and some new ones.

Our coaches understand the philosophy of TAYS and stress skill development, fun, and teamwork versus the "win at any cost" attitude.

Encouragement is an exceptional way to support your child's coach. Please try to make sure that your child is at practices and, if unable to make it, give the coach a call. Asking if the coach could use some help with practices or with snacks during games is always a great way to show appreciation for the coach as well.

Many of our referees are high school soccer players who are willing to help us out.

Please be considerate of the fact that they are calling the games as they see it. Also, many of the coaches are also refereeing. Please respect them and their decisions.

If anyone is interested in refereeing, we are always looking for more help. Please contact us.

EVERY member has a ROLE, To dribble, pass, or stop the GOAL.

FOLLOW the rules -- it can be hard, YOU may just get a yellow card.

A penalty KICK may be in STORE, When a foul can stop a CHANCE to score.

As YOU'RE running down the field, be QUICK-- This game can give you quite a KICK!
